It was nearly a year ago I was surfing the web looking for Howard Stern content, as always, when I decided to look WAY back in the pages of my yahoo search and there I found a very interesting webpage. Bart A. Baggett, handwriting expert, had been a guest on the Stern show back in 1997 and he analyzed Howard's Fred's,Robin's,Gary's, and Jackie's handwriting on the air. WOW!! How cool I thought. After listening to what he came up with I was very impressed as was Howard and the gang. You know I got quite a few handwritten samples in the shrine, I thought to myself, I wonder if he would take a look at them for me. A few emails later Bart agreed to do just that. I emailed him the letters and links that he needed and a few days later with my phone recorder ready and with his permission we recorded the one hour interview. He didn't disappoint once again. Very impressive stuff here in my opinion. A few weeks later Bart was even nice enough to send me his Home Study Program:
a $79 value, at no charge to help me learn how to analyze handwritting myself. Collecting autographs will never be the same for me again. Thank you so much Bart. If anyone has any desire to learn more about this very interesting and exciting subject you don't need to go any further than Bart Baggett, he is the man.
In this thread you will find the 20 samples that Bart looked at that day along with his recorded analysis. You will also see a few example cards from his The Grapho-Deck of handwritng Trait cards he provides.
I hope you enjoy this is much
as I do.
I also recommend visiting Bart's site and try to figure out whose handwriting sample is whose from the show when he was on. Lot of fun!!!

Bart Baggett's work has really changed the way I look at peope\'s handwriting and autographs. I have my patients sign in when they visit the office and one of the handwriting traits I always look for now is the lying loops.
Although Joey Boots came very, VERY close to having this trait in his handwriting not one sample did-- which was a surprise.
One night I was watching the movie Billy Madison and BAM!!! there it was. hahaha Check out the scene where Adam Sadler has to write on the blackboard. Hmmmm.....
If you would like to learn more about this fascinating subject please visit Bart at one of his websites and thanks for visiting mine

| If he analyzed my handwriting he would say this is the work of a retarded 10 year old. |

| Bart was just on the cable news analyzing Jon Benet murder suspect, John Mark Carr's handwriting. He sees many similarities, but is withholding his final opinion until he sees more samples. |
